Service Delivery Policy

PLEASE NOTE: HealthViser provides digital clinical nutrition consultation services. No physical products are shipped or delivered to your address.
1. Digital Delivery Method
All our services, including customized diet plans, nutrition charts, and wellness guides, are delivered strictly through electronic digital channels. Depending on your preference and the program selected, your plans will be delivered via:
- Registered Email Address
- Registered WhatsApp Number
- Secure HealthViser Digital Portal (if applicable)
2. Delivery Timeline
Once you have successfully registered, made the payment, and completed your initial consultation (or submitted your health history form):
- Your personalized diet plan will be digitally delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- In case of complex therapeutic conditions requiring extensive doctor/dietitian collaboration, delivery may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified in such instances.
3. Accessing Your Plans
You are responsible for providing correct contact details (Email and WhatsApp number) during registration. HealthViser is not liable for delays in delivery resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the client.
4. International Delivery
Because our delivery is 100% digital, we cater to clients globally without any geographical shipping restrictions or customs duties.
5. Contact Us for Delivery Issues
If you have not received your diet plan within the stipulated 48 hours post-consultation, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team immediately:
