1. Client Responsibility

The client confirms that they have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and health concerns prior to starting the program. The service provider is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees paid are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing. Missed consultations or sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property

Meal plans, diet charts, and related materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without written consent.

4. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

5. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to MOHALI jurisdiction only.
